ABOUT THE BUSINESS

  • We’re based in Newport, South Wales. Classes will start in the South Wales region, before aiming to expand nationally. But don’t stop that from registering your interest - this gives us great info on where to expand to next.

  • Yes! Head over to our “Book a Class” page, select the class you’re interested in, and all the available classes are shown to book. If a class is not available to book, you can still join our waiting list and we’ll notify you straight away when a class becomes available to book.

  • Yes!! And that’s even better. You’ll be given priority over non-members to book onto Kiddiecross classes (we commit to supporting our members with this), and you will also be able to take advantage of our exclusive member-only benefits.

  • We offer lots of great benefits to our members! These include:-

    1. Exclusive discount in our Kiddiecross shop (up to 10% off)

    2. Priority subscription class bookings, guaranteeing your Kiddiecross place and offering a 20% discount on non-member class bookings

    3. Sibling discount of 50% (on member subscription’s only) - 20% discount on Child 1 and 50% discount on Child 2 = total 35% discount (both Children must be paying members!)

    4. Free Kiddiecross shirt / top with your first subscription booking

    5. Exclusive offers on tickets to partner events

  • We are committed to providing you and your child a enjoyable experience, and will guarantee this for our Kiddiecross members!

    Therefore, as a Kiddiecross member who has signed up to a Kiddiecross monthly subscription, the first months subscription is 100% refundable if after that 1st month your child really doesn’t enjoy the class and does not want to continue with the subscription.

    Non-member class bookings are non-refundable.

  • We have two simple pricing tiers - MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS.

    Members - this is £40 per month, plus a £50 membership fee. This 100% guarantees your little one a weekly class. As a member, you also get a range of member benefits.

    Non-members - this is £12.50 per class, paid in a monthly block of 4 classes, in a pay as you go month-to-month format. This is always subject to non-member class availability.

  • There are two ways to book a class, depending on whether you are a member, or non-member.

    1. MEMBER - Once you have signed up and registered as a member, you’ll be provided with a Kiddiecross member discount code. Head back over to our “Book a Class” web page, book a class as normal, and enter your unique membership discount code in the ‘discount’ field of the booking template. You will receive a 20% discount of the advertised non-member price. Moving forwards, the Kiddiecross team will ensure you’re booked onto the class until you give notice to cancel your subscription. If you have any issues with this process, or a preferred class is unavailable to book, please use the exclusive contact form on your members area and the team will be right back in touch to assist.

    2. NON-MEMBER - Head over to the “Book a class” web page, and follow the booking template. If a class has availability to book, you can book this in at the non-members price.

ABOUT THE CLASSES

  • We will always try to run our classes outdoors, as we are huge advocates of children playing together outside. However, we recognise that we reside in the UK where the weather doesn’t make things easy, so when the weather doesn’t allow we can run the classes indoors.

  • No. At Kiddiecross, we have will have all bikes available for your child, from balance to e-bikes. If you would like your child to use your own bike, that’s perfectly fine too.

  • No. At Kiddiecross, we have will have all helmets available for your child. If you would like your child to use your own helmet, that’s perfectly fine too.

  • We recommend a long sleeve top and trousers, as well as comfortable shoes such as trainers. Weather permitted classes will be held outdoors, so suitable clothes for the weather that day should be worn.

  • Kiddiecross has it’s own online store that only sells our partner products (including bikes and any kit) that we use ourselves. Remember that Kiddiecross members get exclusive discounts on our online store!

  • Yes! Kiddiecross provides a fun environment for parents / guardians and thier children to learn how to ride balance bikes / e-bikes. Our instructors will take the lead in guiding the sessions with games and challenges, but parents will need to support thier children as it’s not easy! We want our classes to be a time that parents and children spend together doing something fun, exciting and very rewarding!

  • That's our aim! Our classes are targeted at all young children who show an interest in bikes, no matter what age or ability. The classes are for complete beginners to accomplished balance and e-bike riders, at whatever age that may be. On you child's first attendance at a Kiddiecross class, we will assess your child's current ability, and will assist accordingly moving forward! Keep in mind this is a group class environment, with 1 coach catering for up to 10 'crossers. So if you would like more detailed coaching, perhaps consider our private tuition option as well ;-)
